HTCC is a not-for-profit corporation established in 1989 for the purpose of sponsoring a credentialing program.  HTCC is the only organization granting Hand Therapy Certification in the United States and Canada.  The Commission follows established guidelines for credentialing programs and is a member of the National Organization for Competency Assurance (NOCA).
